2. Service Description
GdayVet Dx is an AI-powered veterinary consult note generation tool designed to assist veterinary professionals in creating clinical documentation. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate draft consult notes based on information provided by the user. These notes are intended as a starting point and must be reviewed and verified by a qualified veterinary professional before use.
3. Professional Use Only
This service is intended exclusively for use by registered veterinary professionals. By using GdayVet Dx, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are a qualified and registered veterinary professional
- Hold current registration with the relevant veterinary board in your jurisdiction
- Are using the service in connection with your professional veterinary practice
- Are at least 18 years of age
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of GdayVet Dx, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information when using the service
- Reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before use
- Ensuring all clinical documentation meets professional standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining the confidentiality of patient and client information
- Using the service in compliance with applicable laws and professional regulations

5. Intellectual Property
The GdayVet Dx platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Gday LMS Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of any original content you input into the service. AI-generated notes produced using your input are provided for your use in your professional practice.
6. Subscription and Payment
Access to GdayVet Dx requires an active subscription. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable subscription fees
- Provide accurate billing information
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues or service failures. Refunds are generally not provided once the service has been accessed and used.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GDAY LMS PTY LTD AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any clinical decisions made based on AI-generated content
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service
- Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Any loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Any harm to patients or animals resulting from the use of generated notes
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gday LMS Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
